The first lift in Turkey was built in 1892 at a hotel in Istanbul.Built by French architect A. Valley, this elevetor is 5 people / 400 kg capacity and still is used today. Turkey’s second elevator was built in 1907 in Izmir by Matt Levi, it was powered by steam power and after serving for many years was donated to the Metropolitan Municipality of Izmir.

While the elevator sector in Turkey rapidly were advancing Aspar Asansor was established in Ankara in 1976. As a family company  founded by Aksoz brothers it stands on with the second generation Aksoz brothers named as Aspar Asansor Aksamları Pazarlama San. Tic. A. S.

Aspar Asansor has established a manufacturing factory named  Aksoz Makina in 1996 in order to compete against the fluctuating market conditions and the increasing demand in the sector. Therefore,it has contributed to the economy of the country by providing a new labor force to the increasing volume of work.

Over the years,with the focuse on R&D work besides standard elevator spare parts,the sector has gained new products with its innovative thinking structure and also certified products.
